At Plant Zero, a defunct oil plant located in Tokyo Bay, Hibaru and the gang uncover the dangers of the Daybreak Ore and the tragedy that befell Kinpa’s late parents. But Hyoga Himuro of Unit 6 follows them to the plant, setting off a dangerous brawl between cop and yakuza!
