Plot
The world line shifts, and Rintaro Okabe inexplicably finds himself waking up in the future. The year? 2036. The world looks exactly as he'd been warned about; a hellish landscape rife with death and destruction. After witnessing this grim fate, Rintaro stands tall and steels his heart, resolved to put an end to this future once and for all.
