Plot

Dr. Zomboss realizes his next invasion must take place while everyone in Neighborville is asleep, so he sets out to lull the town to bed early with strange-yet-tedious fables of his own creation! Neighborville's citizens and plant army protectors will hit the hay . . . leaving Zomboss and his minions free to hit the brain buffet! Crazy Dave isn't sleeping, though, as he tries over and over again to invent the correct counterattack!
