Plot

After the darkest hour of the DC Universe, Supderman, Batman and Wonder Woman meet to once again choose who among the Earth's greatest heroes will comprise the new Justice League of America. But while they meet in secret to decide the fate of the team, dark forces move against their friends and allies.

A mysterious organization has helped the android Justice Leaguer known as the Red Tornado to transfer his consciousness into the human body he's always coveted. But their motives may not have Red Tornado's best interests in mind. Instead, this is only the first step in a sinister conspiracy of super-villains.

To save their friend and the world, the Justice League of America will have to rise again, better than ever before. Who will the answer the call?
