Plot

Captain America finds his body restored, thanks to Superia's solution, and suddenly Bucky appears out of nowhere. Meanwhile, the Avengers land on the island and attack the A.I.M. guards and learn that they're adaptoids. The island is saturated with the Cosmic Cube's energies and thoughts are becoming reality (hence Bucky's spontaneous appearance). MODOK attacks Cap and Bucky just as Superia's solution wears off.
