Plot

After OMAC was reverted to Buddy Blank with no memory of his activities as OMAC, he finds himself stranded on a rock in the middle of the ocean. Brother Eye, the orbiting satellite that transforms Buddy into OMAC, determines this location is the headquarters of Doctor Skuba. Before Brother Eye can transmit an OMAC "structure print" to reconvert him, Buddy sinks into the rock and emerges inside Skuba's lair.

Inside, Buddy is given a tour by Doctor Skuba's daughter Seaweed and her fiancé Apollo. He discovers the "Chamber of Monsters," where previous men who rejected Seaweed have been transformed into horrific creatures through Skuba's atomic manipulation. Meanwhile, Doctor Skuba detects Brother Eye's monitoring and decides to kill Buddy before he can be transformed again.

Brother Eye intervenes to protect Buddy, but Skuba manages to trace the transmission back to the satellite in orbit. Using a powerful beam, Skuba bombards Brother Eye with meteors and space debris, encasing the satellite. A solar beam then turns the debris into a molten prison, leaving Brother Eye powerless. The backlash from the attack causes Skuba's equipment to explode in a gigantic fireball, destroying his base.
