Plot

Yakushi Usukubo was soundly defeated, and the Rangers decimated. After a year spent trapped in the same prison, upon Yakushi's death, D is finally released to return to the surface. But many things have changed. The Monster Protection Society may have been left in the dust, but a new organization has risen from its ashes: the Neo-Rangers. And the Ranger Force is clawing their way back to prominence. But O's goal remains the same, and first things first: freeing his fellow Fighters from the control of the Ranger Force!
