Plot

Meath finally checks in on Myers in Broadmoor psychiatric prison, but something feels off and Myers seems uncharacteristically rational and eerily calm. But there's no rest for the wicked, and after Meath returns to London, he goes face-to-face with the twin threats of Revanche, a pyrokinetic, and Aphasia, who has the ability to make his victims speak entirely different languages -- a combo that adds more than a pinch of hysteria to the crisis.
