Plot
El ejército del rey Knut aterriza en el dominio de Ketil. Sin embargo, éste no se rinde y reúne
tropas para defender su granja. Pero sin un entrenamiento militar real, los agricultores no están a la altura de los guerreros vikingos.
Por su parte, Thorfinn y Einar planean irse a Vinland, un país donde reina la paz. Thorfinn no puede marcharse sin impartir justicia.
