Somewhat an exercise in Heritage, intertwined with Decoding the SuperHero, this Helluva OB is co-written by Johns (as well as Goyer & Robinson, mostly). These scribes created an action-packed Series, where Team-Ups evoked some Golden Age flavour. As I previously relished "Virtue & Vice" (such a Bilittled Arc masterfully pencilled by Pacheco), was eager to enjoy other artists involved. But drawing side got truly dishearten. Variety meant unsteady output (and I AM a sucker for illustration). On the upside, short stories are largely interesting. Well-paced narration in JSA 1-25. Same with "All Stars", 8 Issues involving Original and New Vigilantes/Foes. "Returns" helped to taking up the mantles. This solid compilation proved how reformulation of good-old DC Lore IS achievable. Documentation always comes first, therefore Exploration can be developed. Eventually, Geoff explicited the Conciousness of Characters in the storyline. Briefly, Savoir-Faire™. #DistinguishedC🦸‍♂MPETITI🦹‍♀Narchitect
