In search of answers as to the whereabouts of Satsuki Uruma, Toriko's beloved friend lost in the Otherside, Toriko and Kozakura visit the DS Lab. There, the pair are confronted with the end states of Fourth Kind contactees--which Sorawo and Toriko both are as well--along with more mysteries about Satsuki herself.

Then the deadly Kotoribako box appears, bringing its powerful curse with it...
