When Bruce Wayne leaves Gotham for personal reasons, Dick Grayson, the original Robin, is called upon to take the role of Batman. Putting on the legendary costume, Dick works side by side with the current Boy Wonder to defend Gotham from the everyday thugs and eccentric villains who prey upon the city. Gaining a greater appreciation for the responsibility and pressure that Bruce bears, the former sidekick proves without a doubt that he is up to the task of being the Dark Knight Detective. But when the maniacal Two-Face returns, the new Batman must overcome his childhood demons in order to defeat the first villain who he ever faced and failed against as a costumed vigilante years ago.

➡️ Obra de la seva època que, malgrat desaprofitar l’oportunitat del seu plantejament, dona part del que s’esperava i resulta entretingut. 💬 Després del desastre d’Azrael, en Dick pren la caputxa de Batman i amb Robin s’enfronta a Killer Croc, Scarface, Ratcatcher, Dues Cares, vàndals de carrer, assassins fugats, Tally Man y Steeljacket. 🔎 Que els 90 tenien bones idees mal executades és conegut per tothom. Prodigal n’és una més. Rescatar en Dick i posar-lo en la pell del seu mentor (amb qui té una més que complicada relació) és tot un encert. El que no ho és tant és donar-nos 12 capítols on en general es veu poc la diferència entre Dick i Bruce. Els moments amb en Tim és on sí es deixa veure un tracte més diferent, més humà i comprensiu. El final, amb l’enfrontament entre en Bruce i en Dick, compensa una mica, si bé grinyola que això no sigui al principi. 👍 Els moments entre en Dick i en Tim, construint la relació de germans / mentor sana. 👎 Que la idea donava per a molt més.
