Plot

Collects the Steve Canyon daily and Sunday strips from August 9th, 1955 to April 11, 1956. Steve helps Chinese rebels escape to Texas, but an ambitious actress may be more than any of them can handle. Kitchen Sink also provides a wealth of behind-the-scenes material about Caniff's career. This issue features a Li'l Abner strip by Al Capp, and an illustration of character Happy Easter in a 19th-century U.S. Cavalry uniform, done for the modern U.S. Seventh Cavalry in 1947.
