Plot
The son of a former carnival daredevil comes to town, not knowing his father had lost his nerve years before in a car stunt gone wrong. Superman agrees to help impersonate the man, so that the son will see "his dad" perform great stunts...that is, until a former carnival employee with a grudge again the daredevil decides to get even.

💭Una historia de esas de circo donde Superman sustituye a otro mediante un disfraz. Mala. 💭Mucho texto para una historia aburrida sobre la filmación de una película de humor. 💭Con una excusa peregrina, un chico chantajea a Superman para que le consiga riquezas. No tiene mucho sentido esta historia pero es entretenida. 💭La última historia de Superman #26 es la más interesante, ya que incluye la aparición del dios Mercurio que estaba durmiendo bajo el suelo de Roma. Fiel a la figura mitológica (Hermes en la mitología griega), este personaje viaja a Metrópolis para hacer tropelías varias. Superman le derrota cortando las alas de sus sandalias y Mercurio le ayuda a detener a los gángsters y se echa a dormir por otros mil años. Interesante historia con esta figura que sirvió de inspiración para el Flash de Jay Garrick que había aparecido en los cómics 4 años antes.
