Liked this a lot, a hefty read for only 22 pages. Yeah, the government was irrepressibly annoying, but that’s kinda the point isn’t it? This theme of “do superhero’s stop crime or create worse crime” is a constant theme in comics, but it’s interesting to see it from the more municipal side.
