Plot

Captain Universe explains who he is and how the Juggernaut ruined his life during his first battle with Spider-Man (way back in ASM #229 and 230); Even when he realizes that he is supposed to be using the power of Captain Universe to save New York from dangerous earthquakes (also caused by Juggy during that original story), William continues to focus all of his efforts on trying to kill the Juggernaut; With its purpose thwarted by its chosen bearer, the enigma force deserts William and possesses the Juggernaut who uses the power to repair New York's bedrock and stop the earthquakes.
