Plot
Broderick merges with the monster Terrex and orders the city of San Francisco to surrender to him or he will kill everyone. Captain Marvel joins the battle and our heroes formulate a plan to stop Terrex but the whole shebang hinges on the work of blind attorney Matthew Murdock and the psychotic Angar the Screamer.
