Plot

Cutter tries to build a new holt without Leetah; many, many years pass in this issue.

Without the Palace on their world anymore, many season pass. The mortal Wolfriders have chosen to take drastic measure to preserve themselves while they are abandoned without Rayek & The High-Ones.

Many seasons pass, and Venka, Zhantee, Skot, & Krim grow to "the endless spring of adulthood" (elven) along with the Wolf-tribe. After many years, human tribes encroach into their hidden part of the forest. Timmain is the first to be hunted, but Cutter protects her, enduring several arrows before Zhantee enshrowds them from danger. Leetah heals Cutter.
