After his heroic debut in Musashigaoka Forest Park Road Race, Itto and Subaru become a talk in the school for their cycling skill. A lot of the students wanted to learn how to climb school's hill by bicycle so effortlessly. The sparkling spirit of the students was just a short moment, but unexpectedly among the students, there are some who want to cycle more!
