Plot

The hillclimb has begun, and the race is on between Keisuke and Spiral's Ikeda! It quickly becomes apparent that the competition is not only between two talented drivers, but between two philosophies. On one side, Ikeda is sure Zero Theory will prove superior, while Keisuke puts Ryosuke's own High-Speed Street Theory to the test. Which theory will be the miracle-maker these drivers will need to win when Hakone's infamous Devil's Fog reduces visibility to almost nil?
