Ryosuke Takahashi, the White Comet of Akagi, is back on the scene for one last race...to take on the "Grim Reaper" Rin Hojo! Once, they loved the same woman - but now, they're duking it out on a high-speed course that not even the locals have tested out to its upper limits.
