Plot

Cover by Dan DeCarlo. The girls are worried when they put themselves up for auction in a fundraising "slave sale" that the boys will take advantage and make them do embarrassing things. When Reggie is late for a date with Veronica, she bets him that Archie would never keep her waiting, so Reggie has to come up with some way of delaying Archie. Betty wants to help her father with several projects around the house and the boys of Riverdale High are all eager to help Betty too.
