The V.I.L.E. henchmen botched their assigned crimes, so it's time to send 'em back to school--at Carmen Sandiego's own personal academy of villainy! Unfortunately, their homework results in one of V.I.L.E.'s oddest thefts yet. Does Evan Sawyer, Acme Detective Agency's newest and youngest gumshoe, have what it takes to solve a crime spree as zany as this?
